[Mostra/Amaga]El reglament relatiu a l’ús de productes fitosanitaris va ser aprovat pel Govern en data 12 de juny del 2013 mitjançant decret. En el seu article 21 s’estableix que el ministeri encarregat de l’agricultura ha de revisar i, si escau, actualitzar la llista de productes fitosanitaris no autoritzats per a ús agrícola inclosos a l’annex 4 cada tres anys.
Vist que en data d’aprovació de l’annex no es disposava de la traducció al català de les substàncies actives incloses a l’annex 4, s’aprofita la present actualització per traduir la denominació de les substàncies actives de conformitat amb l’article 8.1.b de la Llei d’ordenació de l’ús de la llengua oficial, BOPA 2, 12/01/2000.

S’aprova l’actualització de l’Annex 4 del Reglament relatiu a l’ús de productes fitosanitaris, aprovat per decret el 12 de juny del 2013.
